Return policy

Not completely satisfied with your order? No problem. Under certain conditions, you can simply send back or bring back your order. You can read the different options and conditions below.

A return must be reported via shop@momu.be within 14 calendar days of receiving your parcel, and must be sent back or brought back within 28 calendar days of receiving it.

Items must be undamaged, with the original tags still attached.

If you have any questions or doubts, don't hesitate to send an email to shop@momu.be, or call +32 (0)3 470 27 89 (between 10 am and 6 pm, Tuesday to Sunday).

Return conditions

You can return a parcel in two ways. You can send it back by post (at your own expense), or you can bring it back to our shop free of charge.

Returning by post

If you choose to send your parcel back by post, this is at your own expense. Make sure the items are well packed, together with the packing slip you received with your order, marking which items you are returning. Then go to a post office of your choice and send your parcel to the following address:

Shipping with a tracking code costs between €5 and €10 in Belgium. MoMu will only cover the costs if the original shipment was incorrect. Your order will be refunded within 14 calendar days after we receive your parcel. If this has not happened after that period, please contact our customer service at shop@momu.be.

Returning in the shop

You can also return your parcel free of charge in our shop. Our shop address is Nationalestraat 28, 2000 Antwerp.

Bring your parcel back to the shop within 28 calendar days of receiving it (by post) or collecting it (via store pick-up), together with your proof of purchase. Once the parcel has been received in the shop, we will refund the full amount within 14 calendar days.
